Taekwondo Programs

We teach traditional Chung-Hon Taekwondo, developed by Choi Hong Hi.  Also known for starting the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF).  We are members of the Global Taekwondo Association, lead by Grand Master Able Villareal.  Grand Master Chris Miller is a 8th Degree Black Belt under GM Villareal, who trained under Choi Hong Hi, the founder of modern day Taekwondo.  We teach the original Hyung forms (Katas/Patterns) as part of our ranking system; as well as Self-Defense, Sparring, and Technical Skills.  Through our system, no student is left behind.  We base all of our testings on the individual student being ready, not just the number of training hours they may have.

Junior Taekwondo Program

This program is for children 6-13 years of age.  

Kids are challenged by the opportunity to learn a comprehensive form of Taekwondo. They will be reaching new heights physically and emotionally. Our classes provide achievement through the individual growth of the student. All will have the satisfaction of participating, while learning at their own pace. There is never a 'sit out' or non-participation time. Taekwondo is a sport that can be learned and practiced for all ages, and will always be 'in season'.  Taekwondo will help your child with improved confidence and to start developing leadership skills necessary to succeed for the rest of their life.

Each rank has a specific striping system that must be completed before being invited to test for a higher rank.  Sparring is required once student has received their Orange Belt.

6-9 Year Old All Rank Schedule - Classes are 40 minutes long

10-13 Year Old All Rank Schedule - Classes are 50 minutes long

Monday – 6:00pm

Friday – 5:30pm Sparring

Adult Taekwondo Program

This program is for ages 14 years and up.  Classes are 50 minutes long.

This program is for all ranks and you must be 14 years of age and up to attend this class. Each rank has a specific striping system that must be completed before being invited to test for a higher rank. Sparring is required once student has achieved their yellow belt. Our adult program also includes self-defense sparring as well as free sparring.

Classes are taught using a six step method - Warm-up; Stretching; Technical Skills; Sparring; Forms; Agility & Physical Training. We have classes available for Beginners and Advanced students.
